Girls Night

No girls night today :( i miss my aunt Laurie.... Anyway, I made it Kristen night!! It is 8pm and i have gotten somethings done!

I picked some flowers..aren't they pretty. I have never picked them before, i always intend to but instead get lazy. The next thing i know, the rain has ruined them!


I have late bloomers at my house. My lilacs are just starting to bloom. Everyone else are done but not mine!!

I went out and spoiled Max! You can see I do this often, he comes running when he see me! He knows I always have a treat for him (3 carrots tonight!). My carrots have not come up yet in the Garden. I am so bumed out the weather is annoying me but yet i am thankful. I hate the multiple frosts we have had..because covering the garden is so easy. What survived the frost was pray to the deer. We are making a come back..should it warm up. Being 8.5 months pregnant..i personally like the 60s; ugh i have been so hot. At work today, i took my sandles off at my desk and couldnt get them back on.

Every spring and fall I like to take a photo of the house. I think it will be interesting to look back on as the landscaping grows and should we make any changes. Sounds like a scrapbook layout!!

My little man was out helping me in his Pjs, Hugh style robe and flip flops. Learning to walk with Flip flops has been so funny! Speaking of funny...he says to me: "Mommy can you get off the computer so i can pay my bills!" Children of the 2000's have things so differently then us.

I have been working on Emma's room! I was able to put all the clothes away from my surprise shower and what stephanie gave me. I finally got the bedding on the crib. My Nana was so proud, i ironed twice today. that is like more then the last 3 years! haha =>Kidding

The bedding is from the Carter Love Bug collection. This photo was kinda washed out but i am too lazy to go take another one!

This is the view from the door. I am not sure if i am going to move the glider into her room for those first few week late night feedings. If i do it will go in this corner. David recycled some old shelves from tylers room (we are so green now!! haha yeah okay).

The dresser was tyler's old one it works so well as a changing table. I made the artwork a few months ago. I love having that little robe hanging there waiting for her!

The 2 pink boxes are my Ikea purchase...i even put them together myself!! tyler found that hummingbird chime so we hung it up for Emma!

I had the butterfly in this room before, it works so well.

Since she is a diva, we needed some cute accessories. The round box is so perfect for hair items!

I went to the doctors on Friday, they are not scheduling my csection until June 16th...:(. I so want to know when it is so i can schedule my leave from work!

Stand by, we get our 30 new "babies" next week. The pheasants are coming. Tyler and David have been working on the last minute preps to their home (tyler calls it the poop house!!).

Oh the winner of the survey....was grilling. that is what everyone voted as the best part of summer.

Well i have things I NEED to get done that i am putting off (Laundry) and i want to go to bed soon.

Week in Review via photos

We have been crazy busy the last week. I have been off of work since Thursday afternoon, I am not going back until the morning of Tuesday the 14th!! Much needed break! I could write a book on all that we have done and seen this week. here is a recap.

We purchased bedding for Emma's room! Its Love bug by Carter, Pink and Choc. brown.

Tyler needed a new dresser to fit all his toys in his room. So we purchased him this one! It's his big boy dresser, his old one he gave to his sister Emma.

I have worked on some craft projects....can you guess where they maybe going?

I have even done some accessorizing!!

Last night we did some decorating!!! I am sure you are getting a good idea of what the room looks like! However, you will wait to see the official room photo for when i feel the room is complete.

On Friday, Tyler had an Easter egg hunt up at the farm. He was one of the first find all 14 of his eggs! He turned them in for his prizes, a basket full of Candy that he wouldn't share with mommy!

A few Saturdays ago Tyler and i planted some random Basil seeds i had left over. Well they have finally started to grown, sorry the photo came out blurry. Tyler is more excited about the big weed in the pot then the actual basil. So i think Mr. Weed will be staying.

Saturday Night was the final Crunch Hockey game until October :( Insert tears here... My sabres didnt make the playoffs either. It is a bad hockey play off season for me!

I finally organized all my pages that i have boxed up. And put them in albums! That was my 9am project today.

We have search for lots and lots of eggs, Friday at the Farm, Saturday at my Moms, Sunday here, Sunday afternoon at Nanas. That bunny was very very busy. Our bunny Max is a cousin to the easter bunny, he helped out the easter bunny in the westmoreland area. Boy was he tired on Sunday, we took him some extra carrots!!

besides the sidewalk chalk, bubbles and tons of candy, Tyler was most excited that the easter bunny remembered his bug vacuum. The only problem we have had is its cold again, and can not find any bugs to test it out on!

Well that is the wrap up from the S-Den! i will try to upload all the photos to webshots later, but a little girl in me is hungry. I also told tyler i would sit on the couch and watch a movie! Guess who is going to fall asleep first!!!

Springing into Spring

Okay, first i really hate spring. Its so blah, and muddy. I am sick of wiping the dogs feet, cleaning up the mud from ty's shoes; one day it 60 the next it is snowing....seriously can we just have no rain and like 50s for a week? ok now that i have that out me!!! let me get you caught up.

Last saturday it was so nice out i had flip flops on! tyler and i walked out to the back field and found a pile of snow! it was very fun to walk through the snow on a 60+ degree day! I forgot my camera or i would of take a photo of me standing barefoot in the snow!! (smart move right!!) later on we went to steve and brendas for a cookout. The rest of the week was kinda a blur. We have been busy but not doing anything fun or exciting. I have been very tired, i guess that is what happens when you are 6month prego. I did manage to scrap some one night with tylers help!

So this weekend we kicked it up a bit. On friday the doctor reconfirmed that I am having a girl! I guess that was the confidence that i needed because on saturday, i found a blankets, sheets, bumpers, curtain and more for Emma's room. David and i were out shopping, while waiting to get into see the new vin diesel movie!! This morning we went crazy. Cleaned everything out of her room and fixed the holes in the wall. We are going to paint it a pale yellow hopefully tomorrow.

The downside of cleaning that room out was the disaster it made to the rest of the house. By 1pm we had it all picked up and cleaned, including mopping the floors and folding all the laundry. But i have a plan...which is good since i have thursday and Friday off! I know what i need to get and do!

After dinner we colored eggs. Poor eggs took a flying jump into the colors. I dont know how we didnt crack more! Tyler insisted on putting a bandaid on one cracked on!

Tyler's word of the weekend..Squiggy Wah Wah....thanks to wow wow wubby! Everything and everyone was Squiggy wah wah!!

This morning wyatt would not going outside and play with tyler.....tyler slams the door and says DAMN IT!~ sounds like a little david to me.

We had a crazy weekend but still were able to get alot done! Dad and David worked on the "Cat Cage" Okay really its a bunny cage because we are getting a bunny but we have not told tyler because he would want it now!! So Tyler thinks its for Pappys nonexistent cat...this lie is so going to come back and bite us in the .....!!! Tyler had to go downstairs and help build it! this is him going down the stairs with all his tools. He was so fast i had to snap this photos 1/2 down the stairs. He wouldnt wait for me at the top. He was too busy. He hit the bottom step and yelled i love you mommy bye!


David worked on the these stairs as well, he remudded spots and sanded. hopefully we can throw some paint on it soon! i didnt want to paint the stairs but they need something...ideas welcome.

I finally organized my craft center. I did alot of downsizing!! i found alot of things i have not used. I took 2 boxes to aunt Laurie's for the girls to go Thur. I am not sure what i am doing with the rest ..if your looking for anything let me know!! i organized the shelves to hold all of tylers craft things! paper, coloring books, stickers, Bins for tools and projects things. He asked me tonight if i was going to share my things with him!!!

This is what the finished area looks like all clean! i have to get a better chair...i really like this one at Target that is always on sale but ....you know how it goes not when you are looking for it!

We have cleaned alot of items out of the baby's room, tyler is stressing over it. He doesnt want his toys moved! i can not wait for spring he has so many things that can go outside. My friend Jenny saw signs of spring at her house, i am still looking here! Promising that i have seen so many geese flying around!!

The baby's name is going to be Emma Jane. Tyler know that his sister is Emma. When i ask him to say Emma Jane, he Says Emma Jeans! how cute! i have been looking for bedding and found some but the pricing is so outrageous. I am thinking about making my own. I made bumpers for the camper before, i can make curtains and blankets. What else do i need? We can not put a bed skirt on our crib so that is out. I have to visit the fabric shop!

I can not believe I am having another baby and Logan is already 4. We had his bday party on Saturday...it was so much fun! On friday tyler and i went to help get ready for the party. I have uploaded some photos to webshots: logans bday, Elmo, a video of tyler acting like Mirasty!

Well i need to run this time change has me out of order! I took a power nap tonight and didnt hear my sister come to my house!

behind the times

well first of all today i went thru alot of things. Emptied out my scrapbooking cabinets that are in the future babyroom. I have 2 large boxes for the girls to go thru on tuesday! I still need to sort my paper and put everything away but i am behind on time today! My trip to walmart involved an extra bath for tyler; who managed to pee his pants in the car. So i had some laundry to do too! David and dad took the cabinets downstairs so hopefully by next week everything will be out of that room and i can clean the carpet.

I am so behind the times. I have CDs and MP3 player. But i still buy CDs. Why dont i just buy the mp3s online and download them?? seriously i have an entire desk drawer full of CDs...what do i do with them? Let me know if you are interested in any of them! haha From Kid rock to Nickelback. I am so annoyed with the junk in my house. My garage sale pile continues to grow. the thing is i dont know where to get the mp3 online with out risking viruses...i know i know evern the 12 year old across the street knows where to go. I wonder if he will show me. I feel so old on this crap and i am not even 30 yet!

In other news, tyler like to show me what the naughty hockey player does (he calls Mirasty naughty because he hits people and goes to time out!). Mirasty aways makes this gesture after a fight and tyler likes to do it...but then tyler tells me that is for naughty guys. He then shows me what a hockey player does when he gets a goal! Tyler just jumps up and down and yells! its very funny.
He is insistent that he has a tail - this has been going on for about 2 weeks...he wags it and everything! I guess it is in place of an imaginary friend. Also each day he is a new animal; usually he is tyler kitty, but today he was tyler pig...he was snorting omg it was so funny. I was laughing so hard i was snorting! i would of taped it but you would of only heard me!

I so do not want to go back to work tomorrow.....i think that is why i am playing on the Internet! More later.....if i every get up to date on this new technology.
